Order Status & Changes

Know where your order stands and what can still be adjusted.

Training equipment orders can include multiple weights, oversized pieces, separate packages, and products prepared on different fulfillment timelines. This page gives you a clear framework for understanding order status, reviewing details, requesting eligible changes, and knowing what information to prepare when support is needed.

01 / RECEIVED

Order confirmed

Your order has entered the system and the submitted details should be reviewed for accuracy.

02 / PROCESSING

Preparation underway

Items may be allocated, checked, packed, or prepared for the next fulfillment stage.

03 / SHIPPED

Carrier handoff

Once a shipment enters the carrier network, many order-level changes become much more limited.

04 / DELIVERED

Arrival confirmed

Inspect packages and equipment promptly so any delivery or product issue can be identified clearly.

01 / Read Your Order Status

Order status is a timeline, not just a label.

An order changes character as it moves from checkout to fulfillment. Early in the process, the order is primarily digital information: products selected, quantities, delivery details, and payment authorization. Later, it becomes a physical shipment that may already be packed, labeled, divided into multiple cartons, or transferred to a carrier.

This distinction matters because the type of change that may be possible depends heavily on how far the order has progressed. A spelling correction or address clarification may be easier to review before packing begins than after a tracking number has been generated. Similarly, changing a weight, quantity, or product configuration can become increasingly difficult once inventory has been allocated.

Order confirmation Use the confirmation as your reference point for items, quantities, contact details, and shipping information.
Processing status Processing can include inventory allocation, packing preparation, product verification, and shipment creation.
Tracking status A tracking record may appear before the carrier has physically scanned the shipment into movement.
Multiple packages Training equipment can ship in more than one package when dimensions, weights, or fulfillment requirements differ.

02 / Understand the Fulfillment Sequence

The earlier a request is made, the more context support has to work with.

Not every order follows an identical path, especially when equipment differs in size or shipping method. This sequence is designed to explain the practical stages an order can move through and why timing matters when requesting a change.

01

Checkout completed

Product choices, quantities, shipping information, and contact details have been submitted. This is the best moment to review the confirmation carefully and identify mistakes immediately.

02

Order enters processing

Inventory may begin to be reserved and the fulfillment workflow may start. Requested changes are still worth submitting quickly, but they cannot be assumed to be available once processing has started.

03

Shipment preparation begins

Products may be packed, grouped, labeled, or assigned to separate cartons. For heavier fitness equipment, different items in the same order can progress at different speeds.

04

Tracking is created

A shipping record may be generated before the first carrier movement scan. At this point, order edits may be significantly restricted because the shipment has entered a physical logistics workflow.

05

Carrier movement begins

Once the carrier has possession, delivery timing and routing are generally controlled by the carrier network. Order-level product changes are no longer the same as pre-shipment edits.

06

Delivery is completed

Check the number of packages received, inspect visible carton condition, compare items against the order, and retain packaging until you are confident everything is correct.

03 / Common Change Requests

Different changes affect an order in different ways.

A shipping-address correction is not operationally identical to changing a dumbbell set, removing a kettlebell, or replacing one product with another. The more a request changes the physical contents of a shipment, the more likely it is to depend on fulfillment status.

01 / ADDRESS

Shipping Address Correction

Address errors should be reported as soon as they are noticed. Include the complete corrected address rather than only the changed line.

  • Recipient name
  • Street and unit information
  • City, state, and ZIP code
  • Order number for reference
02 / QUANTITY

Quantity Adjustment

Requests to add or remove units can affect inventory allocation, payment totals, packaging, and shipping weight.

  • Identify the exact product
  • State current quantity
  • State requested quantity
  • Submit before shipment when possible
03 / PRODUCT

Product or Weight Change

Switching from one equipment option to another may require a different inventory item and a revised order total.

  • Product name
  • Current size or weight
  • Requested size or weight
  • Relevant quantity
04 / CANCELLATION

Cancellation Request

Cancellation requests should be submitted promptly. A request does not automatically guarantee cancellation if fulfillment has already advanced.

  • Reference the order number
  • Identify whether the full order is affected
  • Submit the request immediately
  • Wait for confirmation before assuming cancellation
05 / CONTACT

Email or Phone Update

Contact details help connect shipment notices and support communication with the correct customer record.

  • Original checkout email
  • Correct email address
  • Correct phone number
  • Order number
06 / DUPLICATE

Possible Duplicate Order

If checkout appears to have been submitted twice, compare confirmation numbers and order details before requesting action.

  • List both order numbers
  • Compare product quantities
  • Confirm whether both were intended
  • Report the issue quickly
Important distinction

A request to change an order is not the same as confirmation that the change has been completed. Until you receive an updated confirmation or direct support response, continue to treat the original order details as active.

04 / After Tracking Appears

Once equipment enters shipping, the problem changes from order editing to shipment management.

A tracking number usually indicates that the fulfillment process has reached a more advanced stage. The label may be created before the first physical scan, so an initial tracking page can appear quiet even though the shipment has already been prepared.

Fitness equipment can also generate multiple tracking numbers. A bench, resistance bands, and a weighted training product may not always travel in the same carton. If one package arrives before another, compare the available tracking records before assuming part of the order is missing.

Label created The shipment record exists, but carrier movement may not yet appear.
In transit The shipment is moving through the carrier network toward its destination.
Out for delivery The carrier indicates the package is in the local delivery stage.
Delivered Check the delivery location, package count, and equipment condition promptly.

05 / Situations That Need Extra Attention

Heavy and multi-piece training orders can create more complex delivery scenarios.

Multiple Packages

One order can arrive in separate cartons.

Different equipment categories can have different packaging requirements. Compare all tracking references, package counts, and delivery scans before determining that an item has not arrived.

Address Error

A small address mistake can become a large delivery problem.

Report incomplete apartment numbers, incorrect ZIP codes, spelling mistakes, or recipient-name issues quickly. Once the carrier controls the shipment, correction options may depend on the carrier's own process.

Visible Package Damage

Document the condition before discarding packaging.

Photograph visible damage, shipping labels, carton condition, and affected equipment. Keeping packaging temporarily can help establish what happened during transit.

Incorrect Item

Compare labels, product details, and quantities.

For equipment available in different weights, resistance levels, or sizes, verify the product label and configuration before reporting an item as incorrect.

Tracking Pause

A quiet tracking page does not always mean the shipment is lost.

Scans can appear at different stages in a carrier network. Review the most recent status and allow new tracking events to populate before drawing conclusions from a short gap.

Partial Delivery

Confirm whether additional cartons remain in transit.

When products have different dimensions or weights, separate-package fulfillment can result in staggered arrivals. Review every tracking record connected to the order.

06 / Prepare a Clear Support Request

The right information can make an order review much faster.

If you need help with an order, send one clear request with complete information. Avoid sending several separate messages about the same issue, because fragmented details can make an order review more difficult.

Include your order number.

This is the primary reference for locating the correct purchase.

Use the email associated with checkout.

This helps connect your request with the correct order record.

Name the exact product involved.

Include weight, size, resistance level, or configuration where relevant.

Describe the requested change precisely.

State both the current information and the replacement information.

For delivery issues, include tracking information.

List the relevant tracking number and the most recent carrier status.

For physical issues, keep clear photos.

Photograph packaging, labels, product condition, and any visible damage.

07 / Order Questions

Clear answers for the moments between checkout and delivery.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you notice an address issue, submit the corrected information as soon as possible. Whether an address can still be changed depends on how far the order has progressed through fulfillment and shipment preparation. Once a carrier controls the package, available options can become more limited.
Can I change the weight, size, or quantity of an item?
Product-level changes can affect inventory, order value, package weight, and fulfillment preparation. Submit the exact requested change promptly. Do not assume a change is complete until you receive confirmation that the order has been updated.
Can I cancel my order after checkout?
You can submit a cancellation request, but availability depends on the current fulfillment stage. Orders that have already progressed into packing or shipment may no longer be editable in the same way as newly placed orders.
Why does my tracking number show little or no movement?
A tracking record can be created before the carrier's first physical scan appears. Tracking information may update as the shipment reaches additional carrier facilities. Review the latest timestamp and status before assuming the package has stopped moving.
Why did only part of my order arrive?
Training equipment can differ significantly in weight and dimensions, so one order may be divided into multiple shipments. Review all available tracking records and compare the delivered products against the complete order confirmation.
What should I do if my delivery address contains an apartment or unit error?
Submit the full corrected address immediately, including recipient name, street address, apartment or unit, city, state, and ZIP code. Providing the entire address reduces ambiguity compared with sending only the missing unit number.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
Preserve the packaging temporarily and document the condition with clear photographs. Capture the shipping label, exterior carton, internal packaging, and affected equipment. This creates a more complete record of the delivery condition.
What if I received the wrong weight or equipment variation?
Compare the item against your order confirmation and check any visible product labels, weight markings, resistance indicators, or model information. Document the received item clearly before requesting assistance.
Can I change the payment method after the order has been submitted?
Payment information is part of the original transaction record. If you believe there is a payment-related issue, provide the order number and a clear description of the concern so the order can be reviewed in context.
What information should I send if I need support?
Include your order number, checkout email, relevant product name, the exact issue or requested change, and any tracking or photographic documentation that applies. A complete first message helps reduce unnecessary back-and-forth.
